Great value for the money. Nice location. Safe facility. Clean and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. The room's carpet a little dated - but clean. Not much interaction with the staff - but when did - people were pleasant
My family and I have been pleasantly surprised with this hotel since management has stepped in.. Everyday there is yummy warm & cold breakfast options available, nice staff at desk, housekeeping does a decent job when services are requested.. Another nice touch is the new bath towels now available.. they're super soft!! Walls aren't too thin so sound doesn't travel making rooms nice & quiet. Overall we're happy with the new changes and 10/10 would recommend staying here.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival unbeknownst to me the pool was closed for repair which saddened my son as he looks forward to the hotel pools the most. Staff allowed us to use their sister hotel to swim which worked out great. On our way home, my son realized he forgot his blanket in the room. Staff was able to locate and even mailed the blanket back to us since we are a long distance away. Staff went above and beyond. Also the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the room was nice and comfy. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.
Location is undergoing remodel and kind of disappointed in that I specifically picked this location for their fitness center. But when I got there, I was told they don't have one. Room is fine and breakfast is not too bad. But wish they'd update their website so it's accurate in terms of amenities.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good. Room was clean, although there were stains on the carpet. This hotel is showing its age and in need of renovation. Hotel does have the pool closed for now.
Very nice and understanding people, we drove over 10 hours as I have Very bad legs and hips issues and really looking forward to the pool and hot tub but its down for maintenance but bless there hearts they have another location 10 mins away we paid there and went to there order hotel hassle free. That's customer service thanks THE TURLEY'S
Literally phenomenal! The staff that greeted me was incredibly helpful, supportive, and I enjoyed talking with them as well. My room was incredibly clean, I had no complaints at all! The breakfast is pretty good too. Will definitely be back here again!!!
